Westin W2 Deadbait Multi Purpose ST 12 3.75 lbs

Big Water Power: Extreme Range Deadbaiting Specialist

The Westin W2 Deadbait Multi Purpose ST (Semi-Telescopic) 12 rod is engineered for serious predator anglers who engage in traditional deadbait fishing, particularly on vast, big water venues. This rod is a powerhouse, carefully designed to allow large, soft baits to be cast long distances with precision.

Rated at a commanding 3.75 lbs, this is the Big Water model, built to handle very big baits and subdue powerful predators with confidence. The modern semi-telescopic design provides exceptional length and power, while remaining manageable for transport.

Power, Precision, and Control

The blank is engineered to excel in both casting and fighting scenarios:

• Extreme Casting Ability: The carefully designed 24/30 ton High Performance Carbon blank generates the compression needed to launch heavy deadbaits to distant feeding zones, essential for tackling big waters.
• Hook-Setting Authority: The powerful action provides enough backbone to set the hooks firmly on the strike, driving home large trebles into the bony mouths of big pike.
• Fish Control: Built to be even more powerful than the standard Lake & Pits rod, this rod is made for superb fish playing, giving you the leverage to keep you in total control when fighting truly large predators.

Premium Components for Deadbaiting

• Handle: Features a full handle with premium grade EVA for ultimate grip and comfort during powerful casts and long, drawn-out fights.
• Reel Seat: Equipped with a reliable VSS Screw Down Reel Seat to securely lock your large baitrunner or free-spool reel in place.
• Guides: Fitted with S-TLSG premium guides for minimal friction and maximum casting efficiency.
