We gladly handle the reclamations of TFO warranty, yet we need a receipt from a Danish retailer to be able to receive and handle the reclamation.

To handle your reclamation we need the following documentation:

– Receipt from a Danish retailer

– Model

– Length

– Which part from the bottom in question
