Effzett Spinner Fast Water (Gunsmoke) The DAM Effzett Fast Water Spinners are specially designed for fast flowing waters. The heavy body in combination with the slightly longer spinner blade gives this spinner an extremely stable action in strong currents and allows the angler to fish deeper than with normal spinners.
