The NuFish Zipp Hybrid Elastic is a revolutionary elastic designed specifically for the demands of modern coarse and match fishing, particularly on commercial fisheries. It combines the best attributes of traditional solid and contemporary hollow elastics, offering unmatched performance, durability, and a massive range of power to cover every species from delicate Silvers to hard-fighting Margin Carp.

Key Features for Coarse and Match Fishing:

• True Hybrid Technology:
  • Hollow Stretch, Solid Diameter: The Zipp Hybrid delivers the incredible cushioning and high stretch factor (up to 700%) of a hollow elastic, but with the lower diameter and smooth, slick surface of a solid elastic. This means maximum shock absorption without the bulk.
• Puller Kit Ready & Enhanced Durability:
  • Built for Friction: A core design feature is its superior strength and resilience. The Zipp Hybrid is specifically engineered to withstand the extra friction and abrasion caused by modern puller bungs and PTFE puller kits, ensuring a longer lifespan than conventional elastics under heavy match fishing use.
• All-Season, Anti-Flattening Performance:
  • Consistent Power: Unlike some hollow elastics which can flatten or stick in the tip during cold or wet weather, the Zipp Hybrids unique structure prevents this issue. It maintains its consistent round profile and smooth operation, making it the perfect all-season pole elastic.
• Comprehensive Sizing for All Species:
  • Perfect for Silvers to Carp: Available in a wide range of power ratings (e.g., 4-6 up to 16-18, plus the powerful 18+ Power Margin), allowing the coarse angler to perfectly match the elastic power to the target fish:
    • Light Grades (4-8): Ideal for delicate presentation and protecting fine hooklengths when targeting Roach, Skimmers, Perch, and small F1s.
    • Mid Grades (10-14): The ultimate all-rounder for catching numbers of F1s, small Carp, and Tench quickly and efficiently.
    • Heavy Grades (16-18+): Designed for heavy-duty bagging sessions, close-range Margin Fishing, and taming big commercial Carp with the utmost confidence.
• High Visibility Colour Coding:
  • Each size features a bright, high-visibility fluoro colour (Pink, Yellow, Orange, Green, Blue) that is easy to see against the water, helping the angler monitor the elastics power curve and fish-fighting progression.

The NuFish Zipp Hybrid Elastic is the essential upgrade for any serious pole angler, providing a powerful, durable, and highly sensitive system that excels in the pressurised environment of a modern coarse fishing match.
