Garbolino Squadra Competition Series Multizip Rigid Match-Feeder Holdall

The Garbolino Squadra Competition Series Multizip Rigid Match-Feeder Holdall is a flagship storage solution for serious match anglers who need to transport a large array of ready rods safely. Designed to accommodate up to 8 rods and reels, this holdall is the ultimate choice for festival anglers or those who need multiple setup options covered (e.g., various lengths of feeder and waggler rods) without the risk of damage.

Constructed from 100% waterproof heavy-duty PVC canvas, the holdall is semi-rigid and fully padded. Its standout feature is the staggered rod system, which uses dedicated internal heel block pockets to offset the positions of your reels. This prevents the reels from knocking against each other, ensuring that bail arms and line rollers remain perfectly aligned and protected during transit.

Key Performance Features

• Multizip Access: Unlike single-zip bags, the Multizip system allows you to access specific compartments without exposing all your gear at once. Each secondary zip grants access to 2 compartments, while a main zip opens a central 3-compartment section.

• Anti-Collision Heel Blocks: Every internal compartment features a reinforced heel block pocket. By alternating which way the rods are inserted, you can stagger the reels so they never touch, providing total security for your high-end Garbolino Altima or Trinity reels.

• Weatherproof Construction: The 100% waterproof PVC fabric ensures that your expensive rods and reels stay bone-dry even in torrential rain. The reinforced rigid base allows the holdall to stand upright or be placed on damp, muddy banks without moisture seepage.

• XXL External Storage: The long external zip pocket (150cm) is perfectly sized to hold long landing net handles like the Strike Compact Telenet and match umbrellas, keeping your essential hardware in one place.

Ideal Usage Scenarios

• Match Festivals: When you need a bag for all seasons that can hold 10ft, 11ft, and 12ft feeder rods along with 13ft wagglers, all rigged and ready to go.

• Protecting Long-Distance Gear: The 1.95m version is ideal for storing 2-piece distance feeder rods (like the Garbolino Distance Feeder range) that have a long closed length.

• Van & Car Transport: The semi-rigid shell provides a protective crush-proof layer when other heavy luggage or seat boxes are stacked near the holdall.

• Professional Organization: The padded partitions and staggered pockets allow for a logical layout, so you know exactly where each rod is located for a rapid setup.

Gerrys Tip: To make the most of the staggered system, I recommend putting your heaviest distance reels at the bottom of the holdall near the rigid base. This lowers the center of gravity, making the holdall much more stable and comfortable when youre using the shoulder strap for a long walk to your peg
