Inspired by the baitfish found in and around Boca Grande Pass, it carries a fuller profile thats easy for fish to track, even in heavy current or low visibility.

What makes it especially useful is how well it translates across fisheries. Its an obvious fit for tarpon, but that same profile and movement make it a strong option for aggressive species like peacock bass and tigerfishanywhere fish are keyed in on larger bait. This is a great fly to fish on a floating line, but it also a great choice for dredging flies over coral heads or drop offs.
