Duo Rough Trail Aomasa Lightning 190F 74 gram Floating Lure CYA0865

190mm | 74g | Floating

The Rough Trail Aomasa Lightning 190F is a large floating offshore casting plug made for pelagics that are feeding high in the water.

It is not a finesse lure; it is built for distance, presence, and drawing attention when big fish are pushing bait on the surface or just under it.

Use long sweeps, sharp twitches, or a steady surface-skimming retrieve depending on how the fish are reacting.

The floating body lets you pause it after a sweep, which gives following fish a moment to commit instead of watching the lure disappear too quickly.

In rough water, that pause and surface presence can be more important than simply winding fast.

This style is best around bait balls, current lines, reef edges, FADs, birds, and open-water bust-ups.

It is too much lure for shy fish on tiny bait, but when predators are on larger bait and you need a profile they can track from distance, it makes sense.

TARGET SPECIES: tuna, GT, kingfish, yellowtail, mahi-mahi, trevally, queenfish, bluefish, and other pelagic predators feeding on larger bait.
