The Drag Metal Cast is a small casting jig that casts very far. It can be animated by a series of twitches with pauses, but also by a straight retrieval just with the reel, then it adopts a particularly attractive horizontal side-to-side tilt. Finally, it can also be used for waddling near the bottom in order to trigger the aggressiveness of the predators that are in position there. It is extremely popular with pelagic fish for its action when descending with a semi-tensioned line. Easy to use and extremely versatile, this lure has quickly become a must-have from shore or boat, sea, or freshwater, and is clearly one of the most effective lures in the eyes of many anglers.
