Shipping policy
A clear guide to how prepares, ships, and tracks your order.
Processing
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Once your parcel leaves our studio, we send tracking details by email.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping is $20 for orders under $20, $10 for orders from $20 to $39.99, and free for orders of $40 or more.
Delivery
Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Carrier delays, weather, customs, and remote destinations may extend this estimate.
Address changes
Please check your address carefully at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address before dispatch.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will work with the carrier on a replacement or refund.
